Information We Need to Locate Your Old Account:
The more details you can provide, the better our chances of restoring your account. Please share as much of the following information as you can remember:
- Device Model: The type of device you used to play on.
- Active Dates: Approximate dates when you last played.
- Purchase Receipts: Screenshots of any purchase receipts from your old game. If you made purchases on Google Play, the GPA number must be visible.
- Clan Information: The tag and name of your old clan (if applicable).
- Facebook ID: If your game was linked to Facebook, provide the ID. Here’s how to find it.
- Old Nickname and Level: Your previous in-game nickname and level.
Register a New Account
To start restoring your progress, we’ll need you to create and register a new account on our servers. Follow these steps:
- Complete the tutorial up to level 5.
- Play for a little while to ensure the game is connected to the internet.
Important: if you already made purchases on your new account, when we restore your old game progress, your new profile, along with purchases, will be overwritten and no longer available.
