By exploring each room within the boundaries of an investigation, you’ll complete one of the goals from the list. If you reach all the goals within the allotted time, the investigation will be complete, and you will receive your reward. After that, you’ll be able to start a new investigation with a new timer and a more generous reward.

If you have not received the reward for completing a level, please contact technical support and provide the following information:
1. Screenshot of your current progress or level number for which you did not get the reward.
2. The date when you should have received the reward, but did not.
3. Any information as to what the award should have included.
