Make sure you are using the right Google Play account. If you can’t restore your progress with the email you are using now, check if you are using the right email.

To get the access to your progress, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in using the email you originally linked with your account.
2. If you can’t remember your login information, please contact Google Support to recover the lost data.

Game Insight doesn’t have access to your Google Play account and can only see your user’s number. Because of this, we need help from you and Google to get all the necessary information to recover your access to the account.

If you still need help, please write us a letter and provide the following information:

1. Full name of the player and the name of the clan that was saved to the lost account (also user’s ID if possible).
2. Level of the lost account.
3. ID of the current account.
4. Short summary on how you lost the account.
