Lost your game progress? We want to help you restore it as quickly as possible, so please read through the instructions below, to see if any of the described circumstances are relevant to you. Maybe you'll manage to restore your game progress without any help!

WARNING: if you play with several accounts on one device, you may lose the access to one or all of the accounts in the process.

1. Make sure you are using the right Google Play account on your device.

2. After you log in to the right Google Play account and open the game, you will be prompted to load the existing progress. If you can’t recover the lost account with the email you are using now, you might be using the wrong email.

Calm down and send us a letter with the following information:

1. Full name of the player and the name of the clan that was saved to the lost account (also user’s ID if possible).

2. Level of the lost account.

3. ID of the current account.

4. Short summary on how you lost the account.
