If you tried to make a purchase, but it was canceled, your bank account will not be charged.

However, Google Play may temporarily freeze funds on your card equal to the amount of the purchase. Don’t worry, soon the reservation will be canceled automatically.

The cancellation of a purchase may occur if the name or address, specified in Google Wallet, does not match the credit card information. You can solve this by contacting your bank and clarifying your personal data. After that re-login to Google Payments (via payments.google.com), and check if your personal data matches the information in the Payment Method tab.
