Please include the following information in your ticket:
  • Your main platform and Support ID of the main game profile;
  • Platform and Support ID of the game profile where the GI Link code was entered;
  • Briefly describe the nature of the conflict.

This information will help us sort out the situation and resolve your questions ASAP.

Do NOT share GI Link Code with anyone.
Game Insight employees will never ask for GI Link Code.
Use your GI Link Code only in official Game Insight products.
