Some EU players may experience difficulties when purchasing in-game items using Direct Carrier Billing (DCB).

The Directive (EU) 2015/2366 limits all EU Direct Carrier Billing payments to the following amounts:
  • (1) 50 EUR per transaction, and
  • (2) 300 EUR per month.
If you get an error message when making a purchase via Direct Carrier Billing, please try using alternative payment methods such as Credit/Debit Card, ApplePay, Google Play/Google Wallet, etc.

If alternative methods of payment do not work, please contact the support teamof the payment platform you’re using.

  2. Screenshot of the error messages you received
