This could have happened for several reasons. Most often, the anti-cheating system automatically blocks players if they manually change the date and time settings on their device. The point is that date and time affect in-game counters, so changing these could give players an unfair advantage. To get unblocked, exit the game, open the device settings, select "Date and time" and select automatic installation. Then be sure to contact our technical support team and provide them with a screenshot of the correct settings. You will then be unblocked.
