When the item is ready, you will see a special pointer on the map and above the Workshop.
Also, as soon as the item is crafted, a special panel will appear at the bottom of the screen.
Tap it to open the process completion window. An anvil will appear.
Tap it and the hammer will hit the anvil. That's all! You can take the crafted item.
