Jay's Tent is a special building where economist Jay lives. He can become an irreplaceable assistant in the development of your Island! Here, in silence and solitude, Jay studies the properties of various buildings, and he has already managed to make several discoveries. Each quest has five stages. Upon completion of each stage, income from a building or event increases by a certain percentage, up to 10%.
