To restore progress, simply link your game on the new device to your Facebook profile that is linked to your game on the old device.
There are several ways to do this:
1. Use the social network icon that appears every time you reach a new level or unlock an achievement
2. Open the Friends menu by pressing the corresponding button at the bottom panel and tap the Facebook logo
3. In the game settings, find the Profile tab and press the Facebook button there
