Usually, orders are executed immediately but sometimes delays may occur. This happens when your payment is being processed. Don’t try to purchase the same pack again, you will get it soon.

If 24 hours have passed after your purchase, but you still did not receive your order, please contact App Store support. All payments in App Store are made via Apple, you can contact them by following the link.

If you made the payment via Google, but still did not receive your order, please contact us but don't forget to include the screenshot of the invoice in your message. Transaction identification number (e.g. GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345) must be visible in the screenshot.
