We can recommend the following:
1. Go to Settings -> Privacy -> Backup and turn off the last option.
2. In the same settings menu, go to Apps -> App Management, and find the Play Market app. Clear cache for this app and Delete Data in its window.
3. Close all running apps and reboot the device.
After completing these steps, you should have no trouble downloading the game.
