Usually, orders are executed immediately, but sometimes delays can occur. This happens when your payment is being processed. Don't try to purchase the same pack again, you'll get it soon. If 24 hours have passed since your purchase, but you still haven't received your order, please contact App Store support. All payments in the App Store are made via Apple.
If you made the payment via Google, but still haven't received your order, please contact us but don't forget to include a screenshot of the invoice in your message. The transaction identification number (e.g. GPA.1234-1234-1234-12345) must be visible in the screenshot. Sorry for the inconvenience, and please let us know if there's anything else we can do for you.
