Help points are used to provide assistance to your friends. At first you’ll have few of them. But the more you help your fellow Island owners, the higher your friendship level will be, and the more help points you’ll have to spare. The maximum amount of help points is 25. To see how many help points you have at any given time, just got to a friend’s Island.
You can always check the timer to find out how much time is left before your help points are fully replenished. Points fully are replenished every 24 hours. If you spend all help points, you have to wait till they are replenished to be able to help again.
