Like all buildings, each Obelisk starts at level 1 when constructed.
You can upgrade it to level 20 just like any other building with resources, coins, and time.
As the level increases, the Obelisk's effect will become more powerful and its radius will expand, opening up more and more new strategies and building placement options for you.

To upgrade an Obelisk, you need:
- Gold Nummii from rewards for completing tasks;
- Ribbons of Distinction from rewards for participating in tournaments and Premium Visa rewards; 
- Stones of Willpower from rewards for completing daily quests.
