What's special about the Maitre d' College?

This building has 30 stages and is improved with a special resource: ribbons of distinction. It can be obtained as a reward for participation in tournaments of any events. The higher your place in the tournament, the more ribbons you get and the faster you can upgrade the College. The number of staff on your Island will grow with each level of the building.
