If you feel like your city has grown too large or you simply want to experience the excitement of building your airport from scratch again, here is what you need to know about resetting or deleting your game.
1. Contacting Support
Currently, there is no "Reset" button within the game settings. To ensure that accounts are not deleted accidentally, all requests for progress resets or account deletions must be handled by our Support Team.
To request a reset:
Open the game Settings.
Tap the Help/Support icon.
Start a new conversation and let us know that you would like to "Reset my game progress" or "Delete my account."
2. Important: Linked Accounts (Google Play / App Center)
If you have linked your game to Google Play or the Apple App Center, your game progress is permanently associated with that specific platform account.
Please keep in mind:
Persistent Linking: Even if our support team resets your progress, the platform account (Google/Apple) that was linked to your old game will remain associated with that original ID.
Starting Fresh: If you wish to start a brand-new game and ensure it is backed up to the cloud, you will need to use a new Google Play or App Center account that has no previous game data associated with it.
Switching Accounts: To start a new game on the same device, you must first log into a different Google/Apple account in your device settings before launching the game.
3. What happens to my purchases?
Please note that if you choose to reset or delete your account, all previous purchases, including currency, special planes, and expansions, will be permanently removed and cannot be transferred to your new game.
