We’re here to help if your purchase is missing. Don’t worry — we’ll work together to get this sorted out! Follow these steps to troubleshoot the issue:

Step 1: Wait 24 Hours

Sometimes purchases can take a bit of time to process. If your purchase hasn’t shown up yet, please wait up to 24 hours before trying the next steps. Many times, the purchase will appear in your account automatically.

Step 2: Check Your Purchase History

It’s important to confirm that your purchase went through. Follow the instructions for your platform:

Google Play (Android):

  1. Go to play.google.com.
  2. At the top right, tap your Profile icon.
  3. Tap Payments & subscriptions and then Budget & Order history.
  4. Review your orders.

Apple (iOS):

  1. Go to the App Store app  on your iPhone.

  2. Tap the My Account button or your picture at the top right, then tap Purchase History.

You may be asked to authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.

  3. To narrow the results, enter the name, price, or order ID in the search field.

  4. To change the search criteria, tap “Last 90 Days, Paid,” then set any of the following:

    • Date range

    • Cost (free or paid)

    • Type

    • Family member (available if you’re the organizer of a Family Sharing group)

If the purchase is showing in your history but still hasn’t arrived, having your receipt handy will help us investigate faster. Here’s how to find it:
