Why is the web version of the game is not available?

We're sorry to inform you that the web version of our game is not available due to technical reasons.
Once the web version is live again, we'll make a separate announcement.

Why weren’t players informed in advance?

We sincerely apologize for not being able to provide advance notice about this change. The decision was made quickly due to unforeseen technical challenges that left us with no viable alternatives.

What should I do now?

We encourage you to continue enjoying the game on our supported platforms, including iOS, Android, Windows Store, Desktop, Amazon, Samsung.

How can I transfer my progress to another platform?

If you wish to transfer your game progress to another platform, please reach out to our support team with your account details, and we’ll help you with the process.  Make sure to write using the same e-mail address as you always did, if you used to contact support previously. Please note that you need to have the support ID of your game, so we could locate it and transfer.

If you had your game linked to any other platform, e.g. Android or IOS, you should be able to continue playing on the said platfrom without an issue.
