If you linked your profile using GI Link, please follow the hints below to ensure you don't lose friends, alliance, or some of your progress when switching between devices:
- Make sure that both devices are signed in to the account of the site through which you downloaded the game (App Store, Google Play, Microsoft Store, Trail, etc.).
- Before switching to the second device, be sure to exit the game on the first one.
- In the progress selection window, always select progress from the server.
- Note that there should be only one game profile per account. If you would like to use GI Link but have multiple profiles linked to your account, please contact us and we will help you separate profiles across different accounts.
