Make sure you're using the right Google Play account. If you can't restore your progress with the email you're using now, check if you're using the right email.

To get the access to your progress, please follow the steps below:

1. Log in using the email you originally linked with your account.
2. If you can't remember your login information, please contact Google Support to recover the lost data.

Game Insight doesn't have access to your Google Play account and can only see your user number. Because of this, we need help from you and Google to get all the necessary information to recover your access to the account.

If you still need help, please write us a letter and provide the following information:

1. The full name of the player and the name of the alliance that was saved to the lost account (and also the user's ID if possible)
2. The level of the lost account
3. The ID of the current account
4. A short summary of how you lost the account
