Lost Your Game Progress? Let's Get It Back!
We're here to help you quickly restore your game progress. Please review the following instructions, and you might be able to recover your progress on your own. However, please be cautious if you play with multiple accounts on one device, as you may risk losing access to one or all of your accounts in the process.
I Logged into My Google+/Google Play Account But Couldn't Restore My Progress
Ensure you're using the correct Google Play account on your device. To do this:
- Open Google Play Games: Launch the Google Play Games app on your device.
- Check the Profile: In the Google Play Games app, check the profile picture and the email address displayed. Make sure it matches the Google Play account associated with your game progress
- Switch or Add an Account: If the displayed profile is not the correct one, you can tap on your profile picture to access the menu. From there, you can either switch to a different Google Play account if you have multiple accounts on your device or add the correct Google Play account if it's not listed
- Open the Game: Once you've ensured that the correct Google Play account is set on your device, open the game. You should be prompted to load your existing progress.
