Lost your game progress? We want to help you restore it as quickly as possible, so please read through the instructions below to see if any of the described circumstances are relevant to you. Maybe you'll manage to restore your game progress without any help!

WARNING: If you play with several accounts on one device, you may lose access to one or all of your accounts in the process.

I LOGGED INTO GAME CENTER BUT COULDN'T RESTORE THE PROGRESS

1. Log into Game Center using the email address you originally linked to your account. To do that, go to Settings > Game Center > Apple ID.
2. After you log into Game Center using the right Apple ID and open the game, you'll be prompted to load the existing progress. If you can't recover the lost account with the email you are using now, you might be using the wrong email.

I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO, PLEASE HELP!
Calm down and send us a letter with the following information:

1. The full name of the player and the name of the alliance that was saved to the lost account (and also the user's ID if possible)
2. The level of the lost account
3. The ID of the current account
4. A short summary of how you lost the account
