Reasons of the update absence:
- impossible to open Play market;
  • Google account is missing;
  • there is a malicious software on your device;
  • wrong time and date settings;
  • overfull cache;
  • unstable internet connection (to guarantee stable Google Play functioning you should have background data transmission and Google account synchronization switched on.)
- the device is not compatible ;
- the game was downloaded from the unlicensed store;
- the servers are overloaded and maintenance works are being carried out;
- automatic updating is switched off or is set to happen only after connecting to Wi-fi network;
- malfunction of Play market;
- lack of random access or permanent memory;
- incompatible Android version.

If your Mystery Manor friend updated the game earlier than you, there is nothing to worry about. The updates do not appear in all the app stores at the same time. Mainly, it depends on your platform and the country you are living in. Be sure to visit our game page in your app store and wait for a minute or so: maybe the Update button will appear. You can also turn on the Automatic Update option on your device. This way, the latest version of the game will be downloaded as soon as it becomes available. How do you do that?
  • Launch Google Play Store
  • Tap the profile icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen
  • Select Settings, then tap on Auto-update apps
Select one of the options:
Over any network : Both Wi-Fi and mobile data will be used
Over Wi-Fi only : The updates will be downloaded and installed only when the device has a Wi-Fi connection
