Most of the time, the amount of diamonds deminishes due to players making purchases by mistake.
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel these purchases made with diamonds.
To avoid spending your diamonds by mistake, please make sure that the Purchase Confirmation option is turned on in your profile.

If you haven't made any diamond purchases in the game, or you've lost some items, please contact the support team and provide the following information:
- Date and approximate time of the incident
- Amount of lost currency/list of lost items
