Open the Guilds window and press on the gears icon. In the next window press the "Change guild" button. Your new guild will be chosen randomly. If you switch guilds during a competition, any points already earned will remain with your former guild; you will have to start earning points all over again with your new guild. However, your personal rating will remain unchanged.

In the same window you can find a particular guild by name, type, or minimum level.
