After reinstalling the game, your progress should restore automatically. If this does not happen, please contact the support team.

When contacting tech support, please provide the following information:
1. Your player name and the name of your guild from the old game
2. Your level in the old game or your Support ID, if you have access to the old game
3. Any confirmation of previous in-app purchases
