There are several possible reasons for such behavior:
  • There are too many apps running simultaneously on your device. Even if you close an app, it often continues running in the background. With the build-up of those background processes over time, your device eventually runs out of resources to properly run newly opened apps. In this case, the best solution is to simply restart your device.
  • It is possible that you don’t have the latest version of our game. We are constantly improving and updating Treasure of Time, and having the latest version will greatly enhance your experience. On an iOS device, you can check for available updates by going to the “Updates” section of the App Store and searching for “Treasure of Time”. On an Android device, you can do that by going to “My Apps & Games” in the Play store, and looking for “Treasure of Time” under “Updates”.
  • Similarly, your device manufacturer also releases updates for your device, and Treasure of Time is optimized for the latest available device updates. Please refer to your device’s user manual and device manufacturer’s documents/website to find out how to keep your device up-to-date.
